Processing time of the shipment

All wall decals and pictures are individually made for you and are ready to ship within 2-5 business days. We are often even faster.

The delivery time for wallpaper is currently 2-3 weeks.

 

Shipping confirmation

All our products are shipped via DHL. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. With the tracking number, you can track your package and see the estimated delivery time.

 

Delivery times

We ship all our products worldwide. Based on experience, we know that the following shipping times can be expected:

• Germany 2-5 days
• Europe 3-10 days
• United Kingdom 5-15 days
• USA 10-20 days
• Canada 10-20 days 
• Australia and New Zealand 15-25 days
• Rest of the world approx. 25+ days

 

Shipping costs

We offer free shipping for all orders over €75 in Germany and over €150 in Europe.

For all orders under €75 in Germany and under €150 in Europe, shipping costs with DHL tracking are:
• Germany €5.95
• Europe (incl. Switzerland) €12.95
• United Kingdom €13.85
• USA and Canada €29.95
• Australia and New Zealand €35.95
• Rest of the world €35.95

 

Customs duties, levies and taxes

Please note that deliveries to non-EU countries may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes, for which MICA-MICA is not responsible. Any charges levied during or after shipping are your responsibility.

 

Damage and loss

MICA-MICA is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you have not received your order or it has arrived damaged, please contact DHL to file a claim. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods to facilitate your claim.
