§1 Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders you place with the online shop of Mica-Mica UG, Managing Director Michael Frick.

Our deliveries, services, and offers are provided exclusively on the basis of these General Terms and Conditions. These General Terms and Conditions also apply to all future business relationships with companies, even if they are not expressly agreed upon again. We hereby expressly object to the inclusion of any customer's terms and conditions that contradict our General Terms and Conditions.

The contract languages are exclusively German or English.

§2 Conclusion of Contract

The purchase agreement is concluded with Mica-Mica UG.
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the "Buy" / "Order with obligation to pay" button, you submit a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order, along with acceptance of the order, is sent immediately after submission via automated email. The purchase agreement is concluded upon receipt of this email confirmation.

When ordering through our online shop, the ordering process comprises four steps. In the first step, you select the desired goods. In the second step, you enter your customer details, including your billing address and, if applicable, a different delivery address. In the third step, you select your payment method. In the final step, you have the opportunity to review all the information (e.g., name, address, payment method, ordered items) and correct it if necessary before submitting your order by clicking "Buy Now".

A binding contract can also be concluded earlier as follows:
• If you have chosen credit card payment, the contract is concluded at the time the credit card is charged.
• If you have chosen PayPal as your payment method, the contract is concluded at the time you confirm the payment instruction to PayPal.

All prices are final prices and include VAT. Please note the special conditions for shipping to non-EU countries. You can find more information under Delivery and Shipping.

§3 Payment Terms

Payment can be made by either of the following options:

• Credit card

• Paypal

• On Bill

 §4 Delivery; Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

§5 Transport damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such damage to the delivery driver as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to report the damage or contact us will not affect your statutory rights or their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, your cooperation helps us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance company.

§6 Warranty
If the purchased item is defective, the provisions of the statutory warranty for defects apply.

§7 Final Provisions

Should one or more provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

Contracts between us and you are governed exclusively by German law.

§8 Discounts

Unless otherwise stated, discounts and discount codes are limited to one application per customer/address.
