Our top priority is your complete satisfaction with your purchase, enabling you to create a beautiful and imaginative space for your child! If you're not happy with our products, simply return them to us within 30 days and we'll help you with a refund or exchange. It's that easy!

The only exception is personalized products that you have designed yourself.

For returns, please use our shipping box to ensure the goods arrive undamaged. We will refund the full purchase price upon receipt of the goods, and the original shipping costs if the entire order is returned.

Should you only return part of the order, so that the remaining order value falls below the free shipping threshold applicable to your country, we reserve the right to charge you for the shipping costs retroactively.
